Treasurer Update

Curtis Chaney will be training Lori Bramlette for the HOA Board Treasurer's position during the next few weeks. While Lori will be holding the position Curtis will be available to Lori for any assistance that she may need. Please be patient as this process is taking place. Curtis will remain on the HOA Architectural Committee to help insure the integrity of the subdivision. Please help us in thanking him for all that he has and still will be doing for our neighborhood as this has at many times been a thankless job for him. He has been an active and diligent member of our HOA board for a number of years and has accomplished quite a bit. REMINDER: Don't forget about your November 16th

HOA Board Meeting and Picnic.

The meeting and picnic will begin at 4:00 pm sharp with a brief meet and greet and lots to eat.

Your future HOA Board will discuss many topics while you dine on some delicious picnic foods.

Here are a few things we will be discussing:

• Introducing new board hopefuls.
• Offering opportunities for others to volunteer on board or committees.
• What your board hopefuls have been working on to get our HOA back on track. This includes debris removal, stop sign replacements, getting common area back into Lake at Manchac's name, fixing the fountain, getting dues caught up by all Lake at Manchac families and talk about some of the fun events we have already done this year.
• What your board hopefuls goals are; such as getting property taxes and liability insurance caught up, possible beautification projects, pursuing flagrant HOA Violations, and fun future events.
• Vote new board in.
• Open discussion.

Don't forget your drinks, blanket or chairs.
